HR DIRECTOR ITALY
In order to fulfill the role’s responsibilities referred to both the production sites and the corporate matters, the candidate must guarantee his regular and weekly presence both in the plants located in Abruzzo and in the office based in Milan.
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of Italy Management Team, the HR Director, reporting directly to the Country Manager Italy, will define, guide and implement the best HR policies and strategies in order to reach the business target, with a strong interaction with the key processes leader of both the corporate and operations functions.
She/he will have the following main responsibilities:
Leading, directing, and controlling the activities of Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibilities and Internal Communication functions, to achieve the defined short and long-term financial, operating and growth objectives;
Supporting the development of the HSE culture being an example for all the employees;
Planning and controlling time, costs and resources of the Italian organization;
Proposing and developing HR strategies, processes and policies to support the organization;
Insuring positive relationship and constructive dialogue with internal and external Unions;
Partnering with the Country Manager and MT to achieve business target;
Insuring the implementation of a performance culture through programs and tools as performance appraisal, recruitment process, skills management, reward, mobility program;
Insuring HR administration (employment contract, pension, payroll) is compliant with labor law and the Company’s requirement;
Insuring coordination with HR and Management of Global organization for their employees having an employment contract in Italy;
Playing an active role within the HR Network to share best practices, to support new projects and to give suggestions on common topics.
The ideal candidate is a Senior Executive with professional background developed in manufacturing environments, with the following professional identity:
Master Degree in Law or Economics;
Strong expertise in HR (hard and soft area);
Senior professional expertise in Change Management;
Strong Leadership and Communication skills;
Fluency in Italian (mandatory) and English;
Availability to travel frequently.
